Qatar Airways promotes bullfights

Advert for Qatar AirwaysQatar Airways, Thailand branch is advertising flights to Madrid, Spain, using a photo of a bullfight.
It's outrageous that any flight company promotes bullfights but it was unexpectable that an airline from the Emirates would use such publicity.
Please send protest emails to the Qatar Airways asking them to withdraw that publicity and explain to them that bullfights are not the image of Spain, by the contrary, that image is tarnishing Spain all over the world.
They are welcome to advertise their flights to Spain using the beautiful landscape, the beaches, etc, but not animal torture that is condemned by the majority of the Spanish people.

Dear Mr. Salam Al Shawa,

I have learnt of an advertisement in which Qatar Airways promotes its flights between Bangkok and Madrid using a photo of a bullfight.
I am not aware if this is the policy of your company and I feel outraged.
Bullfights are disgusting spectacles where 6 bulls are tortured to death and where the horses used also suffer injuries, sometimes fatal.
Promoting your flights using this kind of publicity not only stains your image as well as enforces the popular misconception of Spain as a country steeped in bullfights.
Please be aware that the majority of the Spanish people are opposed to bullfights and fight to end this barbarity.
I would like you to inform me if being accomplice to this barbarity is the policy of your company or just your Thailand branch. In either case I would strongly urge you to have this marketing campaign reconsidered and to remove this national stereotyping.

I look forward to your early reply.
Yours sincerely,

Salam Al Shawa
